Olivia Living is a contemporary furniture import brand founded by three women entrepreneurs, focused on contemporary brands and high quality. The brand identity reflects a contemporary woman with attention to detail in how she lives, from product curation through to communication and service. SUFFIX built the online communication strategy across both brand and promotion campaigns.

To build an online communication strategy that supports Olivia Living’s brand identity and promotional campaigns.

SUFFIX studied the identity and communication direction of the Olivia Living brand and the furniture brands it imports, then built the strategy and managed the online communication campaigns for both the brand side and the promotion side. The team designed the media with typography and product imagery shaped around the content the brand wants to communicate.

How did SUFFIX build the communication strategy for Olivia Living?
Olivia Living is a brand with a clear identity and distinct point of view. The business was started by three women entrepreneurs who thoughtfully curate contemporary, high-quality furniture from abroad. SUFFIX began by carefully studying the Olivia Living brand identity in detail, alongside studying each furniture brand it imports, to understand what makes each one distinctive and why Olivia Living chose it. That information became the foundation for the online communication strategy that reflects both the brand identity and the value of the products it brings in.
Designing media that reflects a contemporary woman
Olivia Living's identity reflects a contemporary woman who pays attention to detail in how she lives, from the way she chooses furniture to the atmosphere and feeling of the space around her. SUFFIX designed the online media to match this personality, from typography that feels contemporary and considered, to the layout of product imagery that highlights the detail of each piece of furniture, through to the color tone and atmosphere of every piece of media, shaped around the content the brand wants to communicate. Every piece reflects the Olivia Living identity clearly and consistently across every channel.
Managing both brand campaigns and promotion campaigns
SUFFIX managed the online communication for Olivia Living at two levels. The first is brand campaigns focused on building awareness, telling the story of Olivia Living and the furniture brands it imports, so audiences see how Olivia Living curates and how that differs from a typical furniture store. The second is promotion campaigns focused on driving sales at specific moments. Both levels were designed to work together, with promotion campaigns still holding the brand identity rather than diluting the contemporary, high-quality image and curated lifestyle perspective of Olivia Living, even when the message is about price or a special offer.
