Definition

This project covers the design and development of the website for a large mixed-use development in central Bangkok. It means structuring one website that handles communication for 4 distinct components of the project (Dusit Thani Bangkok, Dusit Residences, Central Park Offices, and the retail space), where each component carries its own format and tone of voice.

Objective

Create a website to generate awareness for the Dusit Central Park project.

Outcome

SUFFIX structured the website so Dusit Central Park can speak to several distinct audiences within one site, from hotel guests and residence buyers to office tenants and retail occupants. The brand elements of the project were carried into the design throughout, with the work done in collaboration with the teams from Dusit International and Central Pattana.

Create a website to generate awareness for the Dusit Central Park project.

Process

What did SUFFIX deliver on the Dusit Central Park project?

SUFFIX took responsibility for understanding the entire project from end to end, gathering information from both the Dusit International and Central Pattana sides. From there, the team structured the website to handle the presentation of each component, each with its own communication style and level of detail. The brand elements of Dusit Central Park were carried through every part of the website design.

Why a mixed-use project website needs a different design from a typical website

A mixed-use project like Dusit Central Park serves several audience groups within one website. Someone looking at hotel rooms has different needs than a residence buyer, an office tenant, or a retail occupant. The design has to give each component a clear user path, with language and style that fit its audience, while staying consistent under one brand.

How the "Here for Bangkok" concept shaped the website design

Dusit Central Park was built under the "Here for Bangkok" concept by Dusit International and CPN, who positioned the project as a meaningful part of city life and a new business center in Bangkok. The website was designed to carry that concept through content layout, image choices, and a tone of voice that communicates being part of the city, not just another real estate development.
